Welcome! I’m Nikki, founder of Sky’s The Limit Fitness. My mission is to provide a safe, supportive space for all individuals including those on the spectrum and the LGBTQIA+ community who may feel unsure about fitness or have been discouraged by pain, prior injuries, anxiety, or gym culture. With personalized strength training that integrates mobility and flexibility as well as nutrition coaching, I am here to help you feel confident, empowered, and back in control of your health, no matter where you are starting from.
My Athletic Background
I have been passionate about movement and strength since I was a child. I played competitive softball all throughout my youth and high school years. I also played basketball and tennis. That love for athletics stayed with me and shaped my approach to fitness today: focused, determined, and rooted in the belief that everyone can benefit from consistent movement and supportive coaching.
